I have 4 First Time Buyers in escrow who are scheduled to close before June 30th, in time to qualify for the free $8,000 tax incentive from the government !  

However, amazingly I have TWO MORE added today !!
 
Two of my current listings are condos, and today I received two ALMOST IDENTICAL calls - CLEARLY motivated by the expiring Tax Credit !!!!

Integrated into the paver walkway round the historical Maywood Train Station, are commemorative bricks, engraved with messages from supporters of the station.
 

 
Some are purchased in remembrance of someone near and dear, and some are just purchased and engraved with the name of the family to show their support for the Station Museum, as all proceeds go towards helping to maintain and enhance the fabulous station and its artifacts !

Today we had the Maywood Street Fair in town down Pleasant Avenue in Maywood !  
This is a hugely popular street fair with over 100 vendors, and live music and entertainment, and is held twice a year here in Maywood !Today's fair was easily the largest turnout I have seen in 5 years !!!
 
It was great to see so many people come out and enjoy the day, even though it was pretty cloudy !

It's that time again, the SPRING STREET FAIR DOWN PLEASANT AVENUE IN MAYWOOD NJ, is happening this Sunday from 10am to 5pm !
 

 
As always it will feature hundreds of stalls with craft items, household goods, toys, gifts, souveniers, and of course, LOTS of food stands !

This Sunday the Historic Maywood Station Museum will host its first Open House of the Spring Season
from 12 noon to 3pm !

 
There are some terrific displays of railroad artifacts dating back more than 100 years, and visitors will also be able to climb aboard the Big Red Caboose, and see it's operational model train set on display inside !!

More than ever it just feels fabulous to watch those keys being handed to the new buyers, and to be handed that copy of the HUD statement and the check at the closing table, for your hard work getting there !
 
It's unbelievable how many more twists and turns in the road that transactions are having these days, but staying the course, and be efficient time after time, will allow your clients the best chance to get to the finish line.

Just announced, the 18th annual Maywood 5K run will be held on Saturday May 15th !

Sponsored by the Maywood Rotary Club, the event will start at 9am, beginning at the Memorial School (Grant Avenue) and will continue through the residential streets of Maywood !

This race has previously attracted as many as 270 runners, and after the Winter that we have had in this area, we may even see more runners this year who want to get out and enjoy the better weather !
