You would think that in this market and economy, where every client is more valuable than ever, that every Realtor would be completely aware of their actions, so they dont give a bad impression right ??

Then why do I continue to hear from friends and associates that some Realtors are still acting in the most Bizarre ways ????

Well that was a great matchup with the Jets and Steelers for a ticket to the Super Bowl !
In an electric second half, the Jets mounted what was seemingly an impossible comeback, and were one defensive stop away from having the ball to win the game in the final minutes...

Thankfully, my Steelers made the play to seal the win, and now we march on to the Super Bowl !!

VERY important point Pat. Especially here in the northeast where we have been bombarded with 4 snow storms already, and are expecting another on Tues and Wednesday ! It is not only courteous, but a safety requirement to get those paths and sidewalks cleared for the mailman, FedEx guy etc in your own home, but EVEN MORE ESSENTIAL if you have listings where buyers or agents could visit !
... too many agents roll the dice on this issue, and I have shown a bunch of homes where we have walked to the front door over a few inches of snow.

So Frustrating !

 
I cannot believe that there were 3 listings out of the first 10 I viewed online this morning, that each had 5 - 10 photos of the outside of the house, the trees, the street, and the backyard, and not one solitary photo of inside the house !!!
Did you not explain to the sellers that interior photos are a tiny bit important for those potential buyers looking online at your home ???

I was recently told about a great site to help plan and layout interior floorplans !
 
The site is www.Gliffy.com and for basic usage it is FREE with no sign ups or user names !
 
You can simply go in and start using it !
The nice thing about it is that you can set up the floorplan very easily with the room measurements, and then they have a library of pictures (of beds and dressers and chairs etc...) that you can just Drag and Drop onto the floorplan, … (24 comments)
