Well depending on your needs - Absolutely ! A single family home ? -- Possibly ! If not exactly at $200,000, then certainly at $250,000 ! Currently there are 17 single family homes listed at $200,000 or less, and there are 65 single family homes listed at $250,000 or less. Now clearly, the homes at this range will likely offer less in terms of home features, and almost certainly will need some repairs or improvements, but we havent seen this many homes available in Bergen County for $250,000 or less in years. Many of them may be Short Sale candidates - listings usually in … (7 comments)
