Again, Hackensack year over year stats are almost identical to last year, except as the trend continues, the list prices have come down considerably overall.

April year over year stats are very similar to last year, except the inventory is up from last year. This is clearly a factor of the continued slow down in market activity, and Hackensack has been hit worse than almost every surrounding town with this increasing inventory.

Whereas the actual sold PRICE has dropped slightly, the MAJOR item of note is that Hackensack only had ONE HOME sold this January, compared with 23 sold in January 2008 !!!That is a major difference.
