Maywood Annual 5K Run - May 15th 2010 !
Just announced, the 18th annual Maywood 5K run will be held on Saturday May 15th !

Sponsored by the Maywood Rotary Club, the event will start at 9am, beginning at the Memorial School (Grant Avenue) and will continue through the residential streets of Maywood !

This race has previously attracted as many as 270 runners, and after the Winter that we have had in this area, we may even see more runners this year who want to get out and enjoy the better weather !

Closter had a slow month of July after building some momentum through the spring. There are still plenty of homes to choose from, so the slow month is somewhat surprising.

For 2 months in a row, Wyckoff has seen 17 homes sold. A pretty healthy number each month, although last yr saw a couple more sold in July. The interesting part is that we saw a $1.9M home sell for asking price !

However, interestingly, the average list price has INCREASED this year. Wyckoff is one of the few towns in Bergen County where the list prices have stayed strong.
