Does it seem like the days weeks and months are just flying by? Before you know it, Thanksgiving is here then Christmas and 2011. Have you already planned to coast through the rest of year because everyone seems to be in Holiday Busy Mode? While you may not have that many new deals close between now and Dec 31st, it should be a busy time carrying out a plan to market for the spring and summer. If you have not heard of Viera, Florida or not familiar of the location, it is a wonderful town in Central Brevard County and still in development of it's master plan to expand West. The East & West side of Viera consist of thousands of acres of natural preserves, plenty of wildlife such as Crane, Heron, Hawk, Deer and Even The Bald Eagle!

Hello From Brevard County, Florida AKA "Space Coast" - 10/29/10 10:23 AM
Many folks do not know where we are however when you say Brevard County keeps cities such us Cocoa Beach or We are Home of the Kennedy Space Center aka where we launch the Space Shuttle, they pop and say oh yes! I know where that is!
The above is a photo from one of the launches in 2008, As a local Brevard Resident watching the Space Launch is a true privlage. There are only two more launches left until the program expires. The next launch is set for this Monday NOVEMBER 1st at 4:20 pm.

Thank you for the post Kris. Great to see that your pool of buyers is strong right now. I have the same message for my area sellers. FYI - NAMB is calling for a 30% decrease in mortgage apps next year...seems to be reasonable. most folks that can refi- are doing just that and same goes for buyers.

Brevard County Florida Market Update Sept 2010 - 10/05/10 01:06 PM
Whew! What a busy month we had here in Brevard!
501 single family homes sold in Sept. that is up from 459 in Aug.
101 of the homes were a short sale and 185 of the homes were Bank Owned Median List Price was $110,000 and sold price was $101,010 avg days on mkt were 80
a major role was the Tax credit which expired on 9/30
In Viera/Suntree there were 51 single family sales in Sept.
New Homes have been popping up all over Viera. Many of these do not show in the MLS.
