I saw this story on Yahoo and it really hit home. The day to day stuff we take for granted, how we somehow convince ourselves why we need to have our wants met. This story is real and happening more than we know, we could all learn something from this. If you were asked 1 year ago today, would your town be in the middle of a housing boom this year, what would your response be? In early 2007, home building came to a complete hault here in Viera, but this year we have seen a depletion of inventory for nicer larger custom homes. The Short Sales and Bank Owned properties in Viera have made their way through the system for the most part, and now they are gone, so its time to get back to building.

I-Pad Helps Me Save Money and Sell Real Estate - 11/06/10 10:41 AM
That's Right, The I-Pad saves me lots of time and additional savings from spending a fortune on INK to print!
I am now saving $60 per month just in INK by having the I-Pad. I used to print the properties when going out to show homes, a copy for me (agent copy) and customer copy. Now I just populate the link to my I-Pad via the MLS and we review the information directly from the I-Pad.

Break out the Holiday Decorations, this is the earliest I have seen Christmas items in stores except for a 365 days a year Christmas Store. I saw some stores putting items out 2 weeks before Halloween.
What is on your wish list this year? New LED TV? I-PAD? I-Phone 4? One thing for sure, this should be a busy shopping year despite the slower economy. I went out on the Patio this morning, and I saw 48 Degrees!!
Winter is oficially here! But I will say, most of our winters here in Sunny Brevard County Florida are just Perfect! The average daytime Temp in the mid 70's ALL Winter. In the evening a comfortable mid 50's Temp is perfect for sitting out by a fire sipping some Hot Cocoa.
Some folks get to thinking that Florida is Too Cold, but if we are Cold, it is Colder, Much Colder where are Northerners are!

The Voters across the United States have really made a statement. "We are Not Happy with the past 2 years"
Some Republicans have been labled "Tea Party" candidates may have sparked a new wave of voters to come out. The Republicans have managed to pick up at least 6 or 7 seats in the Senate which is a great achievement, but if all votes confirm that the Senate is retained by Dems, what does this mean for us? Rubio Wins Senate Race in Florida - 11/03/10 08:34 AM
Congratulations to Marco Rubio as he has defeated Charlie Christ and Kendrick Meek. The Governors race between Rick Scott & Alex Sink is still too close to call with 90 percent of the precincts in. Rick Scott holds a very narrow lead of 49% to 48% for Sink. A short while ago Alex Sink said she will hire attorneys that specialize in recounts if it came to that.
Florida will have a new Governor for sure, but when?

Its in the air again! The buzz this morning was that Alex Sink has hired attorneys that specialize in recounts. The race is too close to call with 90% of the precincts in a very narrow margin of 1% or around a difference of 53,000 votes separate both Rick Scott & Alex Sink, Scott currently holds a slight advantage 49% to 48%
Will it be Rick Scott or Alex Sink or will it be in the hands of attorneys through a recount?
One thing for sure is, when it comes to controversy with elections, nobody does it better than Florida.
