Are you wondering what's happening to the inventory in Viera on the west side of I-95? No, it's not magic, but Homes are dissappearing!
In the Month of April in Viera-West of I-95, only 27 New Listings hit the market while 53 went Contingent or Pending, And 13 Closed.
What about the Prices?
The Average Sale Price spiked in April to over $302,456 compared to March which was just over $232,000 - Why the spike? --April 13 a Sale in Summer Lakes (4419 Chiming Lane) Sold for $1,098,000
