Finding a prospective buyer is a challenge in itself, but have you ever encountered the ones that are just undecided? One day they want a Single Family with land, then the next week they want a home in a community, next month they want to put everything on hold. You give them some space and let them hash out their indecision, BUT then? You lose them!! That's Right!, They threw you away like a paper cup! They have discovered another property with another agent and did't bother calling you!

Just wondering if anyone else has noticed how inconvenient it is to blog using I-Phone or I-Pad?
I cannot get the blog article to upload any pictures. The only way I can get any text entered is to use the html version which is not really the way to blog unless you are trying to embed a web file.
Any suggestions out there for a real app that can enable us to be better rainmakers?

We usually identify the market as a "Buyers" Market or a "Sellers" Market, but is it possible to have Both? Yes, and in some areas we are witnessing just that!
In Brevard County, Florida, housing was hit very hard, getting clipped over 60% from the peak of 2005. the low inventory levels have hit levels we have not witnessed in several years. Home Sales are surging in Viera- Particularly on the West side of I-95. Why? Lower Inventory and fewer Short Sale and REO (Bank Owned) properties coming on the market.
In July & Aug 2011 the days a home stayed on the market was only 58 days, which is drastically less compared to the same two months in 2010 93 days.
Unit Sales are up 39% for 2011 Year To Date in Viera West of I-95. Homes Sold through Aug 2011 137, compared to 97 same period 2010. That equals a 39% increase. This figure does not include all newly constructed homes … (1 comments)

That's a bizarre question! No, its not some new formula, it has always been there, many just do not recognize it!

Buyers are all over the map these days, even as the market has been beaten down, it seems to have made the buyers cover all basis, and in some cases, start out in one direction only to do a complete 180 in the other, including many different Realtors...
It amazes me how many prospective buyers sift through the Internet, speak to Realtors, then through neighborhoods, call off the for sale signs, open houses, speaking with several Realtors to help them, setting them up on a home finder campaign.
