Portland Commercial Market Remains Steady - 10/16/08 10:50 AM

Good news!
According to an article in the Daily Journal of Commerce posted online today, the commercial real estate market in the Portland area remains steady despite financial unrest nationally.
Despite the seesaw numbers on Wall Street, Portland’s real estate sector has remained relatively steady during the third quarter.

The article states that leasing rates remain steady with a slight increase in the vacancy rate, and that developers are holding off on projects until the financial future becomes clearer.

This is another remodel that delivers  more that expected.  The floor plan is updated and current with great finish work.  And the basement…wow.
