Those of us who are in the Kanawha Valley and other mid parts of the state are fortunate that we have not been hit as hard as the folks in the bigger markets.

In talking with other agents in our area they are telling me that even though things are somewhat slower, there is still plenty going on in our market.  I agree, I am fairly busy and have not really slowed down much during the year including the last few months

To me, it is imperative for today's REALTOR, to keep up with their education, especially on the technology end of things. Today's buyers and sellers, even in small markets such as ours, are using the internet for just about everything they do, includling finding a new home and someone to help them aquire it.

Generation Xers and Y's are who we are currently dealing with today and who knows what Generation Z will require us to do,  Maybe we'll be in flying cars by then and gas pirces won't be an issue or then it will be whatever the flying machines depend on.   Could it be the   " Flux Capacitor"   from Back to the Future????
