It has been a turbulent year in the real estate industry here in the Greater Lansing area, as many of you know and have experienced.  Not every transaction has a good ending or beginning.  Many sales due to loss of income, relocation, death, divorce..... the like.  However Friday and today I was abruptly reminded that it is good, positive and beneficial to many as well.  It felt overwhelming to see two families move in to the American Dream and be delighted to do so.  I hope this is infectious...  Home is definitely one of the best places on the Planet!
