House under contract in 6 days! - 05/27/07 11:22 AM
I have a new listing at 513 Rices Creek Road in Liberty, South Carolina, 29657.  It went under contract in 6 days in a slow market!  Why????  Because my Sellers did all of the right things to get it in true "showing condition".  They painted all of the walls and the rails on the front porch.  They installed new carpet.  They decluttered their house by renting a storage building. They pressure washed the back deck and the front porch.  All of this plus a few fresh flowers for color at the front and boy did it pay off for them!

There is a great place to eat located on Hwy 123 in Easley, SC called Between The Bun Bistro.  They make any kind of sandwich that you can think of and have many different types of bread.  My husband and son love their hot dogs.  They also serve soup, burgers and salads.  What I like the most is the way they have of making everyone who walks through their doors feel like family.  If you're looking for somewhere different to have a meal, give it a try.  If you get a chance to go by tell Jan and the crew that I said … (0 comments)

According to the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors (GGAR) multiple listing service (MLS) there are currently 347 single family homes for sale in Pickens County in Easley, South Carolina.  From April 1, 2007 to April 30, 2007, 40 homes sold.
 There are currently 198 single family homes for sale in the Powdersville area.  The Powdersville area in in Anderson County, South Carolina and is in the Anderson District 1 schools (Wren School District).  From April 1, 2007 to April 30, 2007, 30 homes sold.

Is choosing what office to work for important? - 05/14/07 11:44 PM
Picking the right office to work in (for new and experienced agents) is so important.  At my office located in Piedmont (Powdersville) South Carolina we have the best atmosphere.  I have never had an agent tell me that they didn't have time to help me if I had a question.  If you need to know the name and number of a good home inspector, termite inspector, roofer, etc. all you have to do is go down the hall and someone will have what you need.
