Video Tours To Market Your Home - 08/19/07 09:43 PM
Video tours have proven to be a very effective marketing tool when having a home for sale.  I currently have a buyer for one of my listings who is out of state from the video tour!  I also have another potential buyer for a property.  As the market has softened, I am trying to do all that I can to market my listings.  Has anyone else used the video tours with the same results?  How about other marketing ideas?  I send out "just listed" postcards, place my homes on craigslist, have them as enhanced listings on Realtor.com, publish in different print … (5 comments)

Market update for Easley, Powdersville, and Liberty, South Carolina - 08/04/07 10:56 PM
 
According to the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors (GGAR) multiple listing service (MLS) there are currently 363 single family homes for sale in Pickens County in Easley, South Carolina.  From July 1, 2007 to July 31, 2007, 46 homes sold.
 There are currently 207 single family homes for sale in the Powdersville area.  The Powdersville area in in Anderson County, South Carolina and is in the Anderson District 1 schools (Wren School District).  From July 1, 2007 to July 31, 2007, 23 homes sold.
There are currently 50 single family homes for sale in Liberty, South Carolina. From July 1, 2007 to July 31, 2007, 3 homes sold.
