Christmas Fest in Powdersville, SC - 12/16/07 05:29 PM
Prudential C Dan Joyner's 1st Annual Christmas Fest was a huge success. Santa was there to listen to the childrens wish lists and for taking pictures. The children (both young and young at heart!) enjoyed the hot cocoa and the popcorn. The face painting was very popular. All of this was free for the public with any donations going to Country Santa. Our office also discovered one special little girl in need and adopted her as our own and delivered presents to her last Wednesday.
Please be sure to come by next year for fun and pictures with Santa!

The Powdersville area in in Anderson County, South Carolina and is in the Anderson District 1 schools (Wren School District). From November 1, 2007 to November 30, 2007, 12 homes sold For Sellers this means that it is very important to have your home in showing condition and priced competitively.
For Buyers, this can be a great time to purchase as there is a good inventory of homes to choose from.

According to the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors (GGAR) multiple listing service (MLS) there are currently 297 single family homes for sale in Pickens County in Easley, South Carolina. From November 1, 2007 to November 30, 2007, 40 homes sold.
According to the Western Upstate MLS there are currently 59 single family homes for sale in Liberty, South Carolina. From Novermber 1, 2007 to November 30, 2007, 4 homes sold.
For Sellers this means that it is very important to have your home in showing condition and priced competitively.
For Buyers, this can be a great time to purchase as there is a good inventory of homes to choose from.
