According to the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors (GGAR) multiple listing service (MLS) there are currently 309 single family homes for sale in Pickens County in Easley, South Carolina.  From May 1, 2008 to May 31, 2008, 45 homes sold.  There are currently 66 homes under contract.
According to the Western Upstate MLS there are currently 58 single family homes for sale in Liberty, South Carolina. From May 1, 2008 to May 31, 2008, 4 homes sold.  There are currently 8 homes under contract.

For Sellers this means that it is very important to have your home in showing condition and priced competitively.
For Buyers, this can be a great time to purchase as there is a good inventory of homes to choose from.

Who says houses aren't selling? - 05/24/08 11:41 PM
With all of the negativity in the media on the housing market, I thought that I would share this statistic.  Prudential C Dan Joyner Co Realtors must have decided to not participate in the supposedly down market.  For the 1st quarter of 2008, Prudential C Dan Joyner Co Realtors sold 34.9% (based on the total sales amount) of the homes sold in the Upstate of South Carolina.  I am so proud to be a part of this wonderful company.  I'm looking forward to an even better 2nd quarter!

Ground Breaking for the New Prudential C Dan Joyner Co office - 05/04/08 12:15 AM
Prudential C Dan Joyner Co Realtors is building a new office for the Powdersville/Easley office.  The new location will be in the Southern Center located at the corner of Highway 153 and Highway 123.  The ground breaking ceremony will be Wednesday, May 7th, 2008 at 10am.
