New to the industry

I have wanted to go into real estate since my boys were young (15+yrs ago) but an agent talked me out of it due to time constraints.  I wish now that I would have just gone with my instincts and taken the plunge!  The things I have learned in the short time that I have been a REALTOR (by the way, how do you get the registered trademark symbol?) have been amazing.  The knowledge of laws and options in real estate would have been extremely helpful to my husband and myself as we bought and sold homes each time we moved.  We have never done well because we made fatal mistakes.  That's a whole other subject!

This is what is exciting to me about Real Estate!  I can now take my new knowledge, add to it, couple that with past experience, and help others attain their dreams of owning a home! 

I have a brand new listing that is going to be a challenge to sell but I am up for the challenge.  I'm all about building long term relationships that will benefit my client and myself.  Who knows, I may even end up with a new friend or two out of the deal. 

There is the perfect buyer out there looking for this unique home, I just know it.  Now I have to get out there and find them.
