It was a distinctive red, white, and black sign that I see often on ActiveRain.  It was ActiveRainer J. Philip Faranda's sign in front of a home for sale.  The seller was being interviewed but I had already missed most of the story. It made me wonder … (11 comments)

What a Pleasure - 09/15/10 11:40 AM

Reading J. Philip Faranda's post this morning was Chicken Soup for the REALTOR® Soul.
I recently blogged a members only post about an unpleasant interaction with a local Drama Queen/real estate agent.
Why can't everyone be as professional as Liz Pereira... and J. Philip Faranda.  I'm a faithful reader of J. Philip's blog and as of today, I'm a subscriber as well.

A Favorite Crab Salad Recipe
