The September 2012 Multiple Listing Service report by the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® (SABOR) shows:
 
·       A 7% increase in September 2012 sales compared to September 2011.
 
·       Sales in the midrange of prices ($200,000 to $500,000) have been up the last several months, peaking in June.
 
·       Locally, the total number of homes sold has steadily increased in 2012, with only a small taper in September after the summer boom.

The final rule, 32 CFR Part 239 was published in the Federal Register on November 16, 2010, with an effective date of January 18, 2011.

San Antonio Real Estate Market Statistics for November 2010
 
According to the November 2010 Multiple Listing Service report by the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® (SABOR), the average price for single family residential homes rose to $193,041, which is a 14% increase compared to the previous year. The median sales price of $152,800 showed an 8% increase from 2009. According to the report, a rise in  home sales in the mid and upper range price sectors accounts for the increase. Home sales in the under $200,000 price range remain steady and are comparable to recent months.
