She wanted a ONE BEDROOM downtown, on the water for $1500 per month, ok, so after I talked her off the ledge I explained that there was no building on the water with a one bedroom for $1500.  So we looked at an apartment at 9 Regent St Jersey City, NJ 07302.  Nice duplex one bedroom for $1900, then there was another duplex for $1875 on the corner with all windows as the side wall.

It has been a great week so far, got a busy day scheduled today, hopefully close a couple more deals before the holiday.  I was lamenting a couple days ago about how slow it was, well, actually was I lamenting or just making an observation?  Regardless, it hasn't been a bad week overall.  I have several showings today in North Bergen, NJ and obviously Jersey City, NJ.

Well, we have a new listing, 63 Sheridan Av Lodi, NJ 07644.  This a a really nice starter home, in a great neighborhood.  Obviously Bergen County, is a nice place to be, so why not take a look at it.  There's anice backyard, there are 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, with a finished basement.  It's priced at $339,000, bring your buyers!
Also, had a great day, commission check arrived for the rental in Tenafly, why don't all clients pay this quickly.  It's been a pretty good week, did 4 deals this week!

I rented a great 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home today on 20 Stanton Rd in Tenafly, NJ.  It was a sad situation, evidently my clients had a house fire and they have to rebuild their home.  It was a large fire, there were 18 companies called to the fire.  Luckily no one was hurt, but we were able to find a really nice place.  This place rented for $9000.00 per month! I'm sure everyone from around the world wants to know what you can get for that kind of cash, well, take a look at the pictures below!

As I sit here eating a delicious pumpking soup I made yesterday--man is it good, it's a very simple soup, I complicated it by throwing in some seafood!  I think about is it because we feel so self important that we think everyone needs to hear the wisdom we have to share?  Is it some type of cathartic process which helps us come to terms with our career?  Is it purely for web presence so we can get 'ranked' somewhere out there in the nebulous world we call the Internet/world...

I gotta say it's getting slow... - 11/16/10 09:56 PM
After a phenomenal summer, it is starting to slow down.  I am now servicing Hoboken, NJ; Weehawken, NJ; North Bergen, NJ.  This time of the year I'm not going to be turning away any business.  Areas such as The Heights in Jersey City are areas which I formerly wouldn't work in, but now hey the rents are pretty affordable up there as opposed to downtown proper.  It's just the Heights are so inconvenient to transportation, as most people want to be minutes from the PATH into Manhattan.
