sullivan county foreclosure: So many foreclosures... - 02/21/10 04:42 PM
As part of my weekly Realtor duties I "preview" and/or do occupancy verfications for banks.  I was overrun with them today.  There are so many foreclosed and vacant homes in Orange and sullivan Counties it's ridiculous.  I saw about 27 of them today, and 56 for the week.  It's a really ashamed what the economy has done to good people, I am embarrased that several of them were MY clients--I actually sold the house to them, and 2 today were other Realtors.
