In towns across America this time of year, you will start to see graduations. In Watertown, WI there are quite a few to pick from, from the seminary at Maranatha all the way down to the kindergartens around town. I find it interesting that the town that started the first kindergarten has so many today. Indeed, kindergarten graduations are the best to watch! There are many people who like to go and watch the graduations just for the fun of it, and if you are one of those then I suggest a smaller private school graduation. For the last two years, home prices have been dropping. Some price rangeswere more affected than others, but they were all going in the samedirection. Recently, however, we have seen a slight rise in homeprices. There is a block here in Watertown that I like to watch. All thehomes are exactly the same. Some of the interiors are nicer than theothers, but they all have the same 3 bed 1.5 bath floor plan on the samesize and shape lot with a one car garage. My life will change for ever. Not because I am selling houses right and left. Not because of everything happening around me. We just found out that my wife is having a girl. Melody Rose Wright should be born around June 21st. Normally I would not consider this to be a good item to blog about. However, this has changed everything. Not just the house now filling with pink and baby things. Not just my at home life, but my real-estate work. That is right all the sudden my life has prof and drive. What a great valentines week end! I was born on Valentine's Day. So it has a special place in my heart. Unfortunately I had a lot of work that has to be done at the office. The up side was I am now have seven active accepted offers waiting to close in the next three months. People often ask me how is the market. I have to say fine.
