Disclaimer: I know that this blog post will give off the impression that I am one of those people who doesn't want to 'get along with the banks'...but in reality, I am just fed up with the lies and have to bring to light what we all know deep down but may not want to admit.

I don't usually like to listen to bank reps or execs speak at short sale events.  I don't expect them to tell us (agents) how to we can help our clients... because obviously, Banks really don't want to help our clients who are doing short sales, Banks just want their money back and they'l do whatever they can to take it from you, me, the buyer and the seller.
