This past week we staged a beautiful downtown loft style condo that was as close to perfection as you can get. This condo truly shows like a model. The owner called us in just to tweak a few things. As much as she hated to remove the family photos, people were missing some of the many special features while looking at the photos. We wrapped and packed up personal photos, patched the nail holes, and repainted the black wall, then we hung one piece of art. Now buyers can concentrate on all this beautiful condo has to offer. I will be the first to admit that I like vanilla ice cream...but nothing makes vanilla better than a few sprinkles, some hot fudge or some other decatant topping. This week we staged a plain vanilla townhome and turned it in to a yummy ice cream sunday. We added a few sprinkles of color here and there and now it pops with color and personality. It is a condo that was stuck in a 1980's time warp and needed to be brought up to date before hitting the market the middle of January. We just finished our latest staging project. In real estate...time is money so we were on a tight schedule to get in and finish the job in 2 weeks. Thanks to the help of a great staging team and subs and we managed to get it done! Yeah!!!
