Cecil County Real Estate Market Statistics for January 2011 Cecil County home sales slowed to 46 units in January 2011, the lowest since February 2010 and a  9.8% decline compared to January 2010. The number of new listings also declined and was at its lowest level since December 2009. January is typically one of the more robust listing months, I am not reading too much into the number as the weather may have been a contributing factor.
