Elkton MD Annual Classic Car Show Thursday May 26th! 5-8 pm North and Main Streets, Elkton MD

Cecil County Real Estate Market Update for April 2011 - 05/17/11 12:14 PM
April 2011 Cecil County Real Estate Statistics April sales continued on an upward trend for the county to 63. We have been seeing this trend since the February low of 43 Sales. It appears this may continue in May and beyond based on the pending contracts made a modest increase to 144 during the month. This may be seasonal increases but there is positive signs for the next few months. 
 
 

Sales however are still below 2010 Levels mostly based on the Government Rebate Program that was in full swing last year.
