At Lawrence Virtual Tour, we provide first quality virtual tours (and 3D floor plans) mostly to the residential real estate market. But last week I made my first Income property shoot and I wasn't sure what my realtor was expecting. He couldn't be there. So I shot as usual, with my women's eye, trying to do my best to show the kitchen and huge double sliding closets in this tiny 500 sqft studio, showing the sunny view....
