Update on how the Administration is doing with the Foreclosure Crisis? - 04/26/09 03:40 PM
After several months listening to the administration tell home owners to work with their lenders for a plan to reduce their interest rates and extend their loan terms, these home owners seem to have been put into a "Holding Pattern".
At present, most lenders have not chosen to do anything other than allow the Homeowner to make a reduced mortgage payment, while at the same time charging interest and penalties on the loan.  It is apparent that the administration has no power over these lenders and they are "Holding the American Worker for Ransom".  If the Administration won't give them what they want, they might choose to foreclose, … (0 comments)
