I was talking to a client who has been getting the run around from their lender and just said "This is Bull"
When I first Talked to her I advised her to try and work it out with their lender as they want to stay in the home. The lender just led them in circles and the homeowner called me to say "I'm Out of Here"
I wonder how many homeowners are getting the run around from their lender and just saying, "I'm out of here"

I have a Client that had 50% down on a purchase loan. Because their Fico score was 553 I couldn't find any lender that would do the loan.
I put this client in a credit repair program and increased their Fico in a few weeks to 605. A local bank just funded the loan and I made a full commission.

Reading some of Wells fargo guideline to help Americans save their home, I noticed that a Fico score of 620may be needed on some programs.
If the idea is to help Americans save their homes, to create a more affordable program, why would a Fico Score Be needed.
What if the homeowner stopped paying credit cards to make the mortgage payments and this affected their Fico score to be below 620. They wont qualify. Where did common sense go?

I was just reading some of the guidelines for Wells Fargo in regards to the "Making Home Affordable Program" and what  a Joke it seems to be.
Exempt for the Program are ALT-A loans, Sub Prime Loans, Loans with Mortgage Insurance, Reverse Mortgages, High Balance Mortgages, Second Mortgages, and FHA, VA, and Rural Housing Loans.
I think that will help three homeowners in North Carolina.
I am not surprised.
