Hello, My name is Marc Schroeder. As a general Contractor who has
recently relocated to San Clemente from Solana Beach, I am sending out this
Email to local Realtors in an attempt to drum up some business.  Due to the
recent economic downturn my business remodeling and constructing new homes
has suffered a severe contraction. So I have decided to adapt my business to
refurbishing and repairing foreclosed homes as well. So far I have done

While in previous years you had many home owners remodeling because of low interest rates? Many reported high prices and shoddy work in part due to over worked tradesmen and skyrocketing material costs. Well, those days are gone and you can easily find competent Contractors willing to do your job at a cut rate due to falling labor and material costs and their desire to stay in business themselves. The low interest rates are still out there and your project will be done much quicker if your builder's workload is lighter. If you have questions or would like some free advice? While reading posts this morning, I noticed many bloggers re-posting the same material over and over. I do not understand why? While they may be bringing attention to themselves? In my opinion it portrays them as inconcederate by wasting others time reading the same print you have already read three or more times? I would consider this behavior rude and avoid contacting these persons for the purpose of doing business. After all? Why would anyone want to do business with a rude and pushy person?

 

First of all, do not let the border violence discourage you. Colima is 1500 miles south of where it is occurring. Colima has the highest standard of living of any state in Mexico, including the Baja states. The vast majority of locals you will meet down there are happy, healthy and enjoying their tranquil lifestyle in a tropical location similar to Hawii. Coconut trees are everywhere, 80 degree year round pacific ocean, with world class surfing and diving. They even have two volcanoes!  You might recognize the city of Manzanillo from the movie "10" as it was filmed there. Manzanillo boasts a spectacular shoreline that will remind you of Laguna Beach or La Jolla and a world class harbor with the best Marlin fishing in the world at VERY affordable prices. Speaking of affordable prices? Real estate prices in Colima will AMAZE you! In Armeria (where my home is located) you can buy a decent home on a third acre lot on a cobblestone street for $20,000 U.S. ! I built my brand new home for $100,000 U.S. with swimming pool! My property taxes are $19.00 every TWO years! An oceanfront 35 acre estate with a new house, coconut grove, caretakers house and a half mile of beach for $900,000! With 70 million baby boomers retiring in the next 20 years and countless Canadians building retirement homes down there? Prices (in my opinion) are bound to skyrocket. If you are interested?
