I have seen alot of changes through out the years. When I started in Real Estate in the 80's, every deal had to be creative. We had tons of assumable loans, seller financing, and although the interest rates were high people could get a loan. In fact if the buyer got pre approved than they were like gold as long as they didn't run out and buy a car or loose their job.

 International Selkirk Loop and Rotary Clubs of District 5080 are organizing the first annual 340-mile WaCanId Ride. Tour through Washington, Idaho and Canada along scenic passages. Camping is free and the proceeds will be used by Rotary clubs for various projects. Riders will receive a WaCanId Passport that will give them discounts at participating Selkirk Loop businesses. Sandcreek Bypass aerial photos - 09/20/09 07:45 PM
 
Construction is under way for the Sand Creek Bypass.

 
This bypass has been on the planning table since the 40's and highly debated for years. I for one think that it will relieve the congestion we are feeling in downtown Sandpoint and that businesses downtown will be accessible once again.

I ran across a post recently suggesting that we place a list of the top deals in our market.  (When I find the post again I will put a link to it.)  The idea behind the Best deals list is not to push our own listings but rather the best deals in our market.
