I just heard that budge travel is running a contest for America'sCoolest Small town. Sandpoint Idaho is a finalist. We have a long wayto go to win, but with your help we may make a dent. So why don't banks make loans assumable??? - 03/19/10 06:16 PM
When starting my real estate career in back in the 80's, it was not uncommon for buyers to assume or take over existing financing. Just about every sale involved a wraparound financing and It was a perfect solution to sell a home in a rough market. There were no loan origination fees or points, and buyers were often willing to pay a little higher for a home that had an assumable loan. In todays market we are seeing large amount of foreclosed homes and banks negotiating short sales. There are still plenty of people who want to buy a home, but are (148 comments)

Hi one and all, I got back a last week from the gem and mineral shows in Tucson Arizona. One night before we left a friend of mine who is an electrical engineer was at my house. I was having problems with my cabbing unit. About a week later he called me up and said I just designed a new cabber, come over and try it out.
