Just for fun, while I was away we gathered up some of the strange laws that are still on the books for the various states. Here are the ones for Idaho.
Boise: Residents are not permitted to fish from a giraffe’s back. (How many Giraffes are there in Idaho) Pocatello: It is against the law to be seen in public without a smile on your face. Even though my license may say sales person, I do not ever want to be an overbearing salesman. I often tell people, North Idaho sells itself, I am just here to make it happen as smoothly as possible.
