Yes I know all about last Thursday night, but football was meant to be played on Sundays and Mondays and Thanksgiving and so for me THIS is the first day of football season! In about an hour I will be on my way to Tampa for the first real game of the year and there is certainly excitement and hope in this household.
The Bucs certainly have the firepower both offensively and defensively to go a long way this year even with the tough schedule they have, but time will tell.

Time to recapture the spirit of 9-11 - 09/10/06 07:37 AM
Tomorrow is an anniversary I was not sure we should mark. Five years after September 11 is a day that I thought long and hard about. If we mark it are we giving more significance to the spineless and gutless terrorists that carried out the atrocity, or are we simply being us? Human and caring?
