Why am I so successful? I genuinely believe that exceptional customer service is an absolute right for people who are entrusting what is often the biggest financial outlay they will ever make - to me. I am always available to my customers, rarely turning off my cell phone before 11pm. Most of my customers have my home number as well and most become my friends. Every year at Christmas we have a gathering of my friends in my home. It is funny as I look around the room to realize just how many of them started out as customers. That was taken … (10 comments)

My faith in human nature has been restored today. I have been writing e-mail and sending listings to a person in Puerto Rica for around 12 months now. I have never met this man and finally he informs me that he is moving to Florida and he is coming for a visit. So we arrange somethings and then he says over the phone "can I ask you a personal question?" to which I reply of course. I am afterall an open book. SO this man asks me if I drink!
