Many stagers have joined the newsletter bandwagon with great results.  I know I was sold after reading Melissa Marro's post Newsletters - Getting agent attention. .  .
I have been consistently producing a monthly newsletter which has continually resulted in new inquiries, new contacts, and new jobs.  It has been instrumental in keeping my work and name in front of those I do business with or wish to work with.
Each month I try and offer something of value the Realtor may find helpful, quick links to my website and RES videos, testimonials, consistent format, (branding) and usually have a focus for … (42 comments)

Existing Rockford Home Tells A Story - Before/After Photos - 10/16/08 03:33 PM
This Rockford home was full of the owner's unique collections and themed rooms.  It was certainly a very interesting home to tour and decorated with a lot of fun.  In preparing to place the home on market they brought in Simply Staged Inc. to assist them in showcasing the house and not their belongings.  Reworking the seller's items we were able to transform the home into one that will appeal to a greater number of potential buyers.  It no longer tells a story about the current sellers - their next chapter will be written in their new home.
