In case you haven't heard yet folks, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois has released its written opinion in the DOJ's antitrust case against NAR, in which Judge Mark Filip rejected NAR's motion to have that portion of the DOJ's case dealing with NAR's now rescinded VOW dismissed.

nar: Don't Volunteer Information to Prospective Buyer - NAR Legal Update - 11/01/06 04:54 PM
As an attorney who also practices real estate buyer agency, I sometimes chuckle when I read the latest risk management advice proffered by our trade association, the National Association of Realtors (NAR).  The latest advice from NAR, which stems from a recent case in Texas, is "Don't Volunteer Information."
