National Unplug Day. Did you unplug?National Unplug Day

Friday March 1 into Saturday March 2nd was National Unplug Day. The day that we're all supposed to turn off our tech stuff and return to life as it used to be.

I don't know about the rest of you, but the only time I can fully unplug is during dinner, shower and sleep. Well, I'm sure there are a few other situations like church and stuff, but you get the general jest of what I'm saying. 

I'm also a bit confused with all this behavior modification stuff that's going on. Why do we need a national day to remind us to unplug, or to work out or to eat right? I think I'm old enough to determine what I need to do and when I need to so it.

I'm not talking about National Holidays honoring our history or fallen or anything of that nature. I just don't really think we need so many crazy little subliminal messages telling us what, when, where or how. We know how to live our lives. 

So how about it? Did any of you Unplug for National Unplug day and if so how did you spend your day? I'd love to read your comments.
