Priced right to Sell
This home was listed during the last snow storm in our area. After carefully going over the market stats, our seller priced it right. With-in a week we had offers, a contract and a very happy seller.  We are just now finishing up the inspection issues and on our way to settlement in three weeks. Pricing righ instead of chasing the market made all the difference!

Lately, I’ve been hearing agents talk about finding last minute first time homebuyers before the Federal Tax Credit expires. I’ve heard other agent telling stories of capturing expired listings.
