Experiences with DocuSign - 07/22/11 03:41 AM
DocuSign is truly a wonderful time saver. I have two stories to tell. One day last week I had a day that was extremely hectic. It was one of those “Murphy’s Law” days when everything was going wrong. It was late in the afternoon and I received a call saying that I had a few things that I needed to sign. Of course, they needed to be signed by 5:00. There was no way that I was able to get to the office in time and I was on the road so they couldn’t fax it to me. I asked if … (0 comments)

Heat Wave Alert in South Jersey! - 07/22/11 01:25 AM

Here in South Jersey, we are in a heat wave. Temperatures are in the high 90’s and with the humidity it could feel like 100-115 degrees.
Here are a few tips to weather the heat.
v Drink lots of fluids (Here is one time that  I don’t mean alcohol)
v Keep physical activity to a minimum.
v Stay inside in air conditioning. If you don’t have air conditioning, go visit a friend, the community center or mall where there is AC.
v Take a cool shower.
v Don’t wear heavy clothing. Keep clothing loose fitting.
v Don’t sit … (0 comments)

Your “Status” is Important to Others - 07/19/11 01:30 AM
Updating our Facebook and Twitter status have become second nature to us. We really need to be careful what we post online. Robert Sicilano gives sound advise on why you should pay more attention to your status.
Via Robert Siciliano (IDTheftSecurity.com Inc):
People have always paid attention to your status. Now they do it on social media. Status is your “standing” in society. It could mean whether you are married, employed, rich, poor, saving the world, up to no good, home or not.
Status in terms of home security begins with your whereabouts.
By now we should all know posting your whereabouts … (4 comments)

Like many others, this weekend I went to see Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows - Part 2. Since this was the last movie in the series, I wanted to see it with all the bells and whistles. I choose the AMC Lowes Theatre in Cherry Hill, NJ (2121 Route 38, Cherry Hill, NJ )  Just minutes away from Mount Laurel.
This theatre is a great choice because it offers IMAX, Real D 3D as well as normal 2D movies. The seats are comfortable with plenty of leg room. You can order tickets online and pick them up … (2 comments)

I Moved! After helping many clients find their new home, I thought it was time to find me one. - 07/13/11 03:18 AM

After helping many clients find their new home, I thought it was time to find me one. This week I moved my license from Coldwell Banker to Prudential Fox & Roach. After 7 years at Coldwell Banker, the decision to move was difficult. Coldwell Banker is a fine company and I’ve had many great experiences but the time came for a change. So far with the exception of a couple of small blips, the transition has been smooth. The team at Prudential has been exceptional in getting everything up and running as painlessly as possible. The tricky … (4 comments)

Be Careful What You Post On Facebook - 07/11/11 01:16 AM

I was talking to an agent friend and she was telling me about a deal in the works. She helped her buyer find a great house. After some negotiations they came to meeting of the minds and contracts were drawn up but not signed. During this time the listing agent asked my colleague to become friends on Facebook. That’s when she saw a comment on the listing agent’s wall asking “What are we going to do about the roof damage?” Listing agent: “you need to get roofers out for estimates”. The buyer’s agent called the listing agent and asked “What … (17 comments)

Summer Safety - 07/06/11 03:16 PM

As the summer heats up we will be out in the Sun more and more. Whether at the beach, the ballpark, a picnic or lake, we need to protect ourselves from the Suns UV Rays.
Follow these four tips to a safer summer.
1.     Keep covered up with clothing. A good rule of thumb is if you can see light through the cloth then UV rays can get through also.
2.     Sunscreen Slather it on and re-apply, re-apply, re-apply! Be generous!
3.     Wear Sunglasses with UV protection
4.     Wear a hat.
Remember to pay special attention to … (1 comments)
