For those of you who have been in real estate over 10 years will know what im talking about. In my 9 years that Ive been selling real estate they have done alot to make my life so much easier. From Escrow Coordinators to Assistants, I for one have alot of time now days. I remember the days when I had to type the contract out myself as well as coordinate all my contigencies and closing files.

Im thinking about becoming Dual Licensed in California and or Vegas.
 Give me some input and if you are willing to share your thoughts about there different markets, please do.
Ive heard that Vegas doesnt have a a written standarized contract. Is this true? I recently heard about a story where the new agent didnt know how to write a contract and got sued by the client for neglect. Im just trying to expand my options since Im always in Vegas and California on pleasure trips so I figured I might as well make some money from these trips.
