Wooo Hooo! I had a closing yesterday. One down, one to go.... also the calls have picked up. I had 5 of my listings shown over the weekend. I showed one of them. I got another listing, making it 5 in 2 weeks. Again, I think it's a "good" listing.
Overall, I'm staying busy. While getting my Christmas cards out this year I also spent some time purging my contact list.
I'm looking forward to the new year and implementing some new practices.

Jingle Bell Run in Lake City - 12/16/08 07:23 AM
Lake City, FL held it's first annual Jingle Bell 5K run/walk on Saturday 12/13. And, unfortunately, it couldn't run. Still out healing from my "injury". I did walk the 3.1 miles, but felt it the next day. Still I wanted to be supportive because the money raised was to benefit Guardian Ad Litem- a great cause. My husband and I also wore my "Running Realtor" t-shirts to promote my website.
No more races until January/February for me. By then I should have given the knee a good rest and be back on track.

Update and catching up... - 12/08/08 10:35 AM
I know it has been a while since my last post. I've been fairly busy and busy is good!
Since my last post, I've picked up 4 new and "good" listings. I define "good" as being priced right to sell. Hopefully, I'm right and these will sell and sell quicker than the current average days on market, which is around 200 for this area.
I've had 2 of my listings go under contract with $ CASH $ buyers that will close by the end of the year. (I'm praying). I'm also working with a couple of buyers who are, so far, … (3 comments)
