Elk in Bend I’ve been working pretty hard, patiently  trying to train my master. You know, the general obedience stuff . . . walking on a leash, staying, not rushing through doors, not acting too aggressively.

We’ve attended group sessions together and opted for individual instruction too. He’s coming along well, but still a work in process. He’s pretty set in his ways . . .  what’s that old adage?

Bend’s Pending Sales Soar Big news in Bend Oregon real estate for the month of February was the soaring rate of pending home sales.  195 homes in Bend went pending . . . that’s the highest number in almost four years, and, perhaps an indication of some sunnier weather ahead.
