I keep going with these photos that seemingly have nothing to do with with real estate in Bend Oregon.  But the snow conditions have been so good, and Mt. Bachelor is such a big part of (our ) Central Oregon lifestyle, I'll stick with them.
March Home Sales in Bend Oregon
March was a pretty active month . . . we saw 140 sales of single family homes in Bend.  That's up 33% from the 105 we had for February's house sales in Bend Oregon.  … (0 comments)

Bend Oregon real estate enjoyed another robust month of sales for November, lagging only slightly on the October high. There were 176 sales of single family homes in Bend, for a volume of over $41 million.
Range of sales prices for Bend Oregon real estate in November
The winner for November was this 5865 square foot wood and stone lodge on the 10th. hole of the Nicklaus course at Pronghorn. The grandiose entry featured a wonderful paver driveway and a sexy cascading water feature.
