Does a V-Tour of a Community Make a Differance? - 12/19/10 08:20 AM

I have been asked by sellers if I will do a V-Tour of their home and of course I do, but in addition to that I think if possible and the community warrants the surrounding V-Tour of the Community is a real asset to a listing. So many people are coming from other other areas of the country these days to Cary, NC and the Triangle. Yes, there is Google Earth and other mapping resources but they only show over head shots. Well it is December already in Cary NC! Where did the year go?
