Morning,
My husband and I spent Saturday enjoying a tour of our Parade of Homes in Wake County.
A beautiful 70 degree day, with my husband touring homes from 200k to 2 million in Regency, Cary NC.
The thing in noticed as we drove around was "only one opportunity or only 4 homes left" in several communities. That speaks volumes for our housing new homes housing market and resale market. New building permits are up in Wake County but not keeping up with demand. I hope this better 2012 spreads across the US fast. If you are in town be sure … (0 comments)

Do you remember drive in movies? It depends on how old you are because "The Drive In Movies" are becoming extinct these days. I grew up going to see the newest Elvis movie or a Disney New Release as a child. We would back up the station wagon piled with quilts and pillows...mom would have fried chicken and biscuits...rare did we get to go to the concession stand, there were 4 children and back then a Coke was 10 cents!
