Yes.  We are not just a glorified door opener. We ensure and protect the Buyer's interest during the whole process of the purchase. Buyer's need to understand we are here to make the process flow seamlessly, til the day they move in and the key to this, is to find a Buyer's agent who you feel is the right fit for you and stick with them... Hoping from Buyer's agent to agent will not allow you to fully see the true benefit of working with an exclusive Buyer's agent.

On March 11, 2011 I had an appointment to meet a Buyer who I had been in contact with back and forth for sometime exchanging emails and phone calls... So, I was happy when the buyer called me and said " I really want to see this home seems perfect.  I must see it today..."  With this said I quickly made the appointment to view the home and set our appointment for 4:30 pm...
I was so pleased that finally after a few weeks I will have the chance to show my buyer a home and meet him face … (6 comments)
