Recently I had a listing with multiple offers, I represented 2 out of the 3 offers. I know that representing both Buyer and Seller can sometimes be alittle sticky, well maybe alot sticky. So even more so, I wanted to disclose, disclose, disclose. I disclosed to all parties involved in submitting offers, I disclosed to my Brokers, I disclosed to the Seller. I even went as far as to have my Broker present while I presented to the Seller.
