FSBO'S need MLS Realtors in this market. - 02/05/07 05:51 AM
  MY last post before I am off to work for the day.
 In a HOT market,homes sell themselves and we see alot of FSBOS.Right now FSBOS need to list with a MLS realtor to get their home sold.
I have investors that normally sell there own properties that have contacted me to sell their home as they know in a  so called slow market a Realtor is there best chance of getting the home sold in a reasonable amount of time at top dollar.

Blame it on Insomnia,or I have really become addicted to this active rain blogging,just as I have my real estate business.
We have all heard the slow market thing,or buyers market verbage.I do this all day every day and I have to tell you, REAL ESTATE is a GOOD Investment.Just think about it :    All the advances in medical technology allow us to live longer and we all need a place to live.

Government Sale!
In the past I have listed and sold VA properties in the wiscosnisn area along with other residential property.I would of course have open houses and run Newspaper ads.I used the headline of the ad to state
 GOVERNMENT SALE!
the response was always overwhelming,sometimes it was just people calling curious as to what the sale was?but most were leads.After 30 yrs I have quite a book full of leads.Now HUD homes @ http://www.best-assets.com/ can be advertised by anyone registed with them following their advertising guidlines.I do believe they allow open houses by agents registered with them also.
