There is a New plan by the Federal Reserve for them to test banks’ ability to survive. They have a stress test criteria and they will be releasing the full results Thursday afternoon at 4:30 ET. This is a worst scenario test. They will looking at how the nation's 19 largest banks possibly survive a world of jobless rates over 12% and stock prices dropping 50% , with a 20+% home prices decrease. Why would you want to live in Newport Coast Why wouldn’t you. You have a great school district. You can’t beat the Elementary School. You are either walking distance to the school or the bus will pick up your children. The High School currently is Corona Del Mar High which is in the top of the Nation’s ratings. Every Community is a Gated community. You can feel safe with your children outside your home and inside your community. Every community has short streets so there are lots of cul-de-sacs for your children’s safety. Many are single loaded

Newport Coast Join Us at the Walk for Wishes Event As a Volunteer of The Make A Wish Foundation of Orange County I would like to invite all of you in Newport Coast to join us in the 2nd Annual Walk for Wishes Event on April 21st at the Orange County Great Park. Right now there are 250 participants joining. Make A Wish is expecting about 2000 individuals to attend this year; twice as many as last year. There are even opportunities for Corporate sponsorships. But its not a bargain if you dont know what to look for and watch out for. Bank owned ( or REO's meaning Real Estate Owned) can range in size and price and with record low interest rates, even if they drop a shade more you are still getting a deal if the rates raise. Five years ago, in lieu of donating directly to Make-A-Wish, the Elders decided to sponsor an event.
